Kim Zolciak Accuses Kroy Biermann of Spying.

YIKES! Kim Zolciak can't seem to catch a break on her husband who she is soon to divorcing. Kim according to TMZ, Kim is accusing Kroy Biermann of Spying on her.

Kim runs to the courts to file a motion with the courts in Georgia regarding his spying behavior in the house. He even allegedly took some of her personal items. The gig was up when Kim found Kroy asleep in her closet from spying on her in the basement. Currently they have a court order to stay in different parts of the house, Kim gets the basement and Kroy gets the master bedroom. Kim is saying intruding on her space.
